Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Trstmap app and this website, both operated by OlympusML. Using Trstmap means you accept them. If you do not, do not use the service.

1. Your account

You need an account to use Trstmap, and you must be at least 13 years old to create one. Keep your sign-in method secure; you are responsible for what happens under your account. You can delete it at any time from Settings > Delete Account.

2. What you post

The places you save and the notes you write are yours. You keep ownership of them; you grant us only the permission needed to store them and show them to the friends you chose to share them with.

You agree not to use Trstmap to:

harass, threaten or impersonate anyone;
post unlawful, hateful, or sexually explicit content;
post content you do not have the right to post;
spam, scrape, or interfere with the service or the people using it.

3. Reporting and enforcement

A friendship on Trstmap requires both people to accept it, and you can end one at any time from the friend menu, which also stops that person seeing anything you share. The same menu has a Report action, and you can write to contact@olympusml.com at any time.

We review reports and may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms. Serious cases are actioned as quickly as we can and within 24 hours of a report where the content is unlawful or abusive.

4. The service itself

Trstmap is provided as it is. Place information comes partly from third-party map and places providers and can be out of date or wrong, and recommendations come from other people rather than from us. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, or that any place you find through it will be open, safe or any good.

5. Our content

The Trstmap name, the app, this website, and their design and code belong to OlympusML. You may not copy or resell them without our written permission.

6. Liability

To the extent the law allows, OlympusML is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of Trstmap. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

7. Ending it

You can stop using Trstmap and delete your account whenever you like. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we will tell you why unless the law stops us.

8. Changes and governing law

We will update the date above when these terms change. They are governed by Portuguese law, and nothing in them removes the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in.
